We also assist in developing a suitable compensation package, negotiating the acceptance of an offer and handling the host of details that ensure the commencement of a mutually satisfying relationship with the new employee.

 

We pride ourselves in our professional ethics and standards. Complete confidentiality is maintained in our relationship with the client and the candidate. All candidates are met either by consultants or the directors of the company. The resumes are maintained in our system indefinitely and are constantly updated as we know a candidate is no longer available.

 

Normally we cater the positions across all professional levels with specialization in the field of IT, finance and all other major categories. However we also meet needs for administrative and non professional staff for clients with whom we enjoy a regular relationship.
